Congratulations are in order for UPSEU member, David Hall, a "Quinnipiac Legend." Hall is retiring this month after being part of Quinnipiac Unversity for over 50 years.David Hall '70 began his Quinnipiac experience on the same day as the then Quinnipiac College opened its Mount Carmel Campus in October 1966.
