UPSEU Local 1222 members from the University of New Haven Facilities Unit have concluded negotiations and achieved a new agreement. The negotiations moved along quickly due to regular monthly meetings called round table discussions which have been in place for approximately three years.
UPSEU Local 1222 went right to work at the bargaining table after beating the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) in a NLRB election this past May.
